Each one has a flat base, a raised back with two fixing holes and a low front lip, so a sleeve stands upright and stays put. The sleeve art becomes the decoration, and swapping in this week's listening takes seconds. About the name: Husavik is a small harbour town on the north coast of Iceland, set on Skjalfandi bay.

Face out

The low front lip holds a record sleeve upright against the wall, so the whole cover is on display rather than a spine on a shelf.

Build a wall

Six ledges give you room to play: a single line above a turntable, a neat grid of two by three, or a loose scatter across a hallway.

Warm wood

A walnut tone stain brings out the grain, so the ledges sit warmly against white or painted walls and next to oak or walnut furniture.

Size & Details

Set of 6 wall ledges

Wood, walnut tone stain

Raised back with two fixing holes, low front lip

Wall plugs and screws included

Dust with a soft dry cloth.
