Who is Dusk Oak?
A small UK home and lighting brand. We keep the collection deliberately short, add to it slowly, and name every piece after an English town.
Where do the product names come from?
English towns and villages, one per piece. The Thornbury, the Ludlow, the Selby. It is a quiet way of keeping a collection we want to stay small.
Why is the collection so small?
Because we would rather curate than catalogue. A piece only joins when it earns its place, so what you see is everything we would happily live with ourselves.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on every UK order, with no minimum spend. We deliver across the United Kingdom only at the moment.
How long will my order take?

How do I track my order?
A tracking number is emailed the moment your order is dispatched. Updates typically begin to show within 48 hours.
What is your returns policy?
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. Items should be unused and in their original packaging, and there are no restocking fees.
When will I get my refund?
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 business days of your return reaching us. Your bank may take a few days more to show it.
What if something arrives damaged?
We put it right with a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. A couple of photos of the damage and the packaging gets it moving faster.
