Who is Dusk Oak?
A UK home brand with a Scandinavian and German eye. Solid wood photo frames, pendant and wall lights, clocks, rugs and kitchen pieces with clean lines, chosen one piece at a time.
Where do the product names come from?
Towns in Germany and Scandinavia, one per piece. The Stralsund, the Kalix, the Freiburg. Short names for pieces that do one job well.
How does the multi-buy work?
Any two pieces take 5% off both. Three or more take 10% off all of them. Mix anything across the collection, and the saving is applied automatically in your bag.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on every UK order, with no minimum spend. We deliver across the United Kingdom only at the moment.
How long will my order take?
Orders are dispatched within 2 working days and delivered in 7 to 12 working days from the day you order. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
How do I track my order?
A tracking number is emailed the moment your order is dispatched. Updates typically begin to show within 48 hours.
What is your returns policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items should be unused and in their original packaging, and there are no restocking fees.
When will I get my refund?
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 working days of your return reaching us. Your bank may take a few days more to show it.
What if something arrives damaged?
We put it right with a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. A couple of photos of the damage and the packaging gets it moving faster.
