Thank you for shopping with Dusk Oak. We want every order to arrive smoothly and on time, so we have set out below exactly how our delivery process works, from checkout to your door.

Where We Deliver

We currently deliver across the United Kingdom. Every UK order ships free of charge, with no minimum spend.

How Long Delivery Takes

Order cutoff. Orders placed before 5:00 PM (BST), Monday to Friday, begin processing the same day. Orders placed after this time, or over the weekend, begin processing the next business day.

Processing/Handling Time  Please allow 1 to 2 business days( Monday - Friday)  for your order to be picked, quality checked and packed.

Transit. Once dispatched, delivery takes an estimated 6 to 10 business days.

Total estimated delivery: 7 to 12 business days from order.

We work hard to meet these timeframes on every order. Occasionally, factors beyond our control, such as courier delays or adverse weather, can extend delivery slightly. If your order is ever running behind, our team will keep you informed.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your delivery every step of the way. Tracking updates typically begin within 48 hours of dispatch.

Delivery Carriers

Your order will be delivered by one of our trusted courier partners, including Royal Mail, Evri and DPD, selected based on the size of your item and your location.

If Something Goes Wrong

In the rare event of a delayed, lost or damaged delivery, contact us and we will put it right. That may mean tracing the parcel with the courier, sending a replacement or issuing a refund, whichever resolves it fastest for you.
