Promoter: Chaseloot Ltd, trading as Dusk Oak, registered in England and Wales, company number 17350213. Registered office: 5 Oakfields Close, Stevenage, Hertfordshire SG2 8NQ, United Kingdom.
1. The prize draw
The "Win a £250 Dusk Oak room refresh" prize draw (the "Draw") opens at 00.01 on Tuesday 20 October 2026 and closes at 23.59 on Friday 20 November 2026 (UK time). Entries received after the closing time will not be counted.
2. Who can enter
The Draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over, except employees of Chaseloot Ltd, their immediate families, and anyone else connected with the Draw. Each person may hold one entry, as set out in section 4. Entries made with false details, automated tools or multiple email addresses will be removed.
3. How to enter
Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. To enter, submit your first name and email address through the entry form at duskoak.com/pages/win and confirm you accept these terms. By entering you join the Dusk Oak email list. You can also add your mobile number if you would like to receive Dusk Oak offers by text message. This is optional and does not affect your chance of winning. You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email, and stop texts by replying STOP, at any time. Unsubscribing after the closing date does not affect your entry.
4. Number of entries
Each person may enter once and holds one entry. Anyone who entered before the entry form changed on duskoak.com/pages/win and earned bonus entries under the earlier version of these terms (3 entries for each friend who entered using their share link, up to 30, and 1 for following @dusk.oak on Instagram) keeps those bonus entries for the draw.
5. The prize
One winner will receive a Dusk Oak gift card worth £250, redeemable at duskoak.com against any products. The gift card is valid for 12 months from issue, is not transferable and has no cash alternative. If the prize becomes unavailable, the promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
6. Choosing and notifying the winner
The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries, with any bonus entries counted, within 3 working days of the closing date. The winner will be emailed at the address used to enter by Monday 23 November 2026 and must reply within 14 days to claim the prize. If the winner does not reply in that time, or is found to be ineligible, the promoter may choose another winner in the same way.
7. Publicity
The winner's first name and county may be published on duskoak.com and Dusk Oak's social media. You can object to this by emailing info@duskoak.com before the closing date. Details of the winner's first name and county can be requested by emailing info@duskoak.com within 3 months of the closing date.
8. Your data
We use your details to run the Draw, to contact the winner and, because you have asked to join our list, to send you Dusk Oak emails and, if you added your mobile number, text messages. Our Privacy Policy explains how we look after your data. We will not share your details with other companies for their own marketing.
9. General
The promoter is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed or not received for technical reasons. The promoter may suspend or amend the Draw if circumstances outside its control make this necessary. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. This Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta, Instagram or Facebook.
