A village, lit from within
Each house is cast in white ceramic with a glossy glaze, then pierced with rows of windows, doors and dormers. A small battery operated warm white LED sits inside, so the windows light up from within with no flame and no plug to find. Unlit by day, they read as simple white sculptures; lit at dusk, they become the softest light in the room.
