Overview
Meet the Rjukan, a small pendant light with a glass shade shaped like a block of ice, all uneven facets and soft ridges, under a brass tone cap. Switched on, the glass breaks the light into bright edges and warm reflections across the wall. It is sized for a bedside, a hallway or a row over a kitchen counter, and a bulb comes in the box. Choose amber, clear or smoke grey. The name comes from Rjukan, a town in a valley in Norway so deep that in winter, mirrors on the mountainside reflect sunlight down into the town square.
