Meet the Rostock, a pen pot carved from a single block of walnut.
Weight in the hand
Most pen pots are thin walled and tip over when you pull out a pen. The Rostock is walnut bored out from a solid block, so it has weight at the bottom and stays where you put it.
Three shapes
Octagonal and tapered, round and tapered, or a straight square block. The same walnut and the same size hole in each, about 11cm tall.
Size & Details
- Octagonal: 7 x 7 x 11cm
- Round: 6.6 x 6.6 x 11cm
- Square: 6.7 x 6.5 x 11cm
- Material: walnut wood, one block
- Finish: oiled
Wipe with a dry cloth. A little wood oil now and then keeps the colour deep.
Please allow a 1 to 3cm variance in measurements, as each piece is measured by hand.
