A tall acacia body with a gentle waist, a knurled metal top and a ceramic grinder inside that does not rust or dull. Twist the top to set it from a fine dust to a coarse crack.
Ceramic, not steel
The grinder is ceramic, so it works on salt as well as pepper without corroding, and it keeps its edge. The acacia body is sealed and shows the grain.
