A lightweight waffle robe in 100% cotton, cut with a shawl collar, a tie belt and two deep patch pockets, and finished with a fine piped edge. It is a thin, breathable robe for after a bath or shower and for slow mornings, not a heavy winter gown. About the name: Heringsdorf is a seaside spa town on the island of Usedom on the German Baltic coast, known for its long pier and white villas.

This is a thin waffle cotton, so it feels light and airy rather than heavy and fluffy. The open waffle weave lets air move and dries quickly between wears, which makes it ideal straight out of the bath or shower, in a warm bathroom, on holiday or for lounging on summer mornings. If you want a thick, cosy winter gown, this is not that robe.

It is a light, thin waffle cotton, made to be breathable and quick drying. It is lovely after a bath or shower and in warm rooms, but it is not a thick winter dressing gown.
Choose by height. M for about 160 to 170cm, L for about 170 to 180cm and XL for about 175 to 190cm. Lengths run from 110 to 125cm.
Machine wash cool with similar colours and line dry. Avoid a hot tumble dry, as cotton can shrink a little.
