Meet the Eslov, a thick end grain chopping board laid out as a two tone checkerboard of light and dark wood. End grain blocks are kind to knife edges, and at 2.8cm deep it sits heavy and steady on the worktop. Flip it over to serve bread or cheese straight from the board.
