Meet the Arendal, a wall light with nothing holding it up.
The fixing sits entirely behind the glass, so what you see is a smooth dome of milky opal glass resting against the wall and apparently nothing else. No bracket, no backplate, no arm. Lit, it becomes a soft circle of warm light with no bright point anywhere in it, because the opal glass diffuses the source completely.
That matters more than it sounds. Most wall lights put a visible bulb or a hard edge at eye level, which is exactly where you do not want one. This puts a glow there instead.
Beside a bed, along a landing
Either side of a headboard, up a staircase, down a hallway at intervals, or in a bathroom where a pendant would be wrong. Because the whole fitting is only a few centimetres deep, it works in a corridor narrow enough that anything else would be in the way.

One of these is a light. Two, level, either side of a bed or a mirror, is the symmetry of the room. Three at even spacing down a landing stops being lighting and starts being architecture.
