Meet the Eastnor, a wall shelf made from one soft curve of walnut.
A band of wood is bent into a gentle C, faced with real walnut veneer and fixed to the wall. The top forms a shallow ledge. Tucked under the front lip is a row of hooks you only see when you look for them.
Two jobs, one piece
By the front door, the ledge takes keys, post and sunglasses while bags and a coat hang underneath. In a bedroom it holds a watch and a book above a dressing gown. In a bathroom it takes a candle on top and a hand towel below.
Honest about the wood
It is walnut veneer over bent laminated wood, not solid walnut. That is what allows one smooth curve with no joins. It sits well with the Hexham walnut pegs and the Ludlow rack, and with anything in oiled timber or warm plaster.

What can the hooks hold?
The hooks sit under the front lip. They are made for everyday things: keys, a handbag, a light coat, a dog lead. Fix it into a solid wall for the heaviest use.
Can it go in a bathroom?
Yes, away from direct splashes. It is a good home for a hand towel below and a candle or small plant on top. Wipe off any standing water.
